Our business model consists of two primary approaches – D2C and B2B. We have our own website that allows customers to take a closer look at our products and place an order. This strategy helps showcase our products to customers all across India on their devices 24X7. We deal in exclusive labelled products and have a control over every single aspect with the help of wholesaling and warehousing, i.e., we import products from a manufacturer, store in our warehouse and then sell them. We do B2C as well as B2B. Affiliate marketing plays a vital role when we cater to other businesses via B2B. Several makeup academies have tied up with us. This commission based affiliate marketing model encourages businesses to promote our products and sell it to their clients. In return, the affiliate gets a commission for every sale referred. We use both, high touch and low touch approach while closing a lead. Affiliate marketing and B2B require high touch approach, i.e., gaining trust, interaction, training clients and their staff, constant communication with the client. We aim to develop a trustworthy relationship with a client that can help us have a long-term business with them. On the other hand, for e-commerce & B2C, low touch approach works. We only communicate with a client when they have a query or need help with their orders
