We are building AI tools and services for the e-commerce and Amazon marketplace ecosystem. Our aim is to empower the future e-commerce operations with a team of AI Agents or AI employees taking highly data-driven decisions at super human speed and helping brands scale revenue in a profitable manner. Till end of financial year 2024-25 we have achieved following successes: Our first Agent - ‘Jeff’ is an AI Sales Development Representative designed to book sales meetings for Amazon Marketing Agencies at 3 times more efficiency. We have already booking 150+ sales meetings for our clients and generated USD 500k in revenue pipeline for our clients. All of this with fully autonomous AI system. Our 2nd Agent, “Lex”, is an AI Review Compliance agent designed to monitor millions of reviews on Amazon and make sure the reviews which are non-compliant to the policy are flagged and appealed for removal. Keeping the marketplace fair and helping sellers earn more revenue. This job was previously done by 1000s of moderators hired across organisations who would do it manually. In the future, we plan to build more AI Employees that would take care of different functions of an eCommerce sellers journey, like - Pricing and discounting strategy, Listing Optimization, Keyword harvesting, Ad spend optimization etc. These AI Employees (Agents) will change the way how E-Commerce operations work.
