It’s the concept of smart food stores started by two professionals friends. Our brand name - Yellowchips.in - sells many different varieties of delicious and flavorful chips like banana chips, pazham (ripe) chips, beetroot chips, chembu chips, sweet potato chips, sarkkaarvarattiyathu, Tapioca chips, etc. YellowChips.in is neither a bakery nor restaurant, hence creating a new segment in which all products are available through our ecommerce website, exclusive offline stores, online platforms, whatsapp and food delivery apps. Apart from the truly unique chips varieties, we also make delicious halwa’s, spicy mixtures, roasted nuts, and other local delicacies. Each item is made in tune with traditional recipes dating back very many years. Keeping the traditional theme going, BBRS has taken on the ‘KalpathyAgraharam’ style of cooking which keeps everything pure, hygienic and 100% Vegetarian The concept was scripted by Mr. Nishanth K with his friend Mr. Rahul KA who completed their management degree from premier institutes in india. Having worked with India’s top brands like Woodland shoes, Aditya Birla retail, Jockey India, Firstcry.com etc in the past, and having over more than ten years’ experience in India’s retail / Ecommerce sector. The entrepreneurs kept a close eye on the kerala traditional food Industry since 2015 and traveled throughout Kerala to know more about the products before setting out into the market.
