Swift Talent delivery is the usp of our product. its a pre-assesment platform that connects candidates to corporates . the candidates are assessed based on various parameters and given a score on their performance which is them mapped to the job description to ensure that the right candidates are recommended for the right jobs. As a candidate recommendation engine the BREU score is based on - a. Candidates' social scores. Example - github, stackoverflow scores, blogging, tech talks, competitive programming, linkedin recommendations b. Candidates' cv in document format explaining the skills c. Candidates' video cv. This is very important to validate a few of the key attributes of the candidates. Example - EQ, Cognitive skills, biases, confidence etc. etc. d. Candidates' feedback from the interviews with the companies. This will help in training the suitability index. e. Based on the Index , the platform will recommend the candidate to take further skills for the improvements. Example - connecting the candidate to a right online up-skill platform.
