Briiller Engineering is a Private Ltd company Limited by shares was incorporated in 2013 at Bangalore in Karnataka The company has conducted various market study in understanding the utility concerns of maintenance engineers while handling a submersible dewatering pumps in a process industry where pump act as necessary need in day to day life for lifting liquids. Market Survey: June 2013 to Dec 2013 The company has conducted various market study in understanding utility problems, concerns while handling a submersible dewatering pumps in a process industry where pump act as necessary need in day to day life. During their detailed survey in steel, power, coal, mining, chemical industry etc. it was observed that the dewatering pumps which is fully submersible in nature are used in utility areas so often to drain water on an emergency/needy basis. The application area is differ from one area to another and once plant to another and hence the mobility of the pump to all these dewatering areas are a greater concerns during monsoon season. From there we had started our journey in designing an electrically driven submersible dewatering pumps which are • lighter in weight • Lifted by two man power • Innovative design • Material of construction also should give dual benefits in terms of better life and light in weight so as to achieve our goal in producing a lighter drain pumps Design and Development: Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 The company had developed a proto type design of submersible pump during Jan – Dec 2014 with a following limitations As we are constantly endeavoring the performance of our products hence we reserve the right to make alteration in design from time to time to enable a policy of continuing product improvement Oct 2015: The commercial production of 7.5HP lightweight electrically driven submersible dewatering pumps was started in Oct 2015 Output: Head up to 21meters Flow up to 110 m3/Hr Submergence depth 20meter in H20 Particle size up to 10mm Specific gravity up to 1.2Kg/L pH range: 5 -8 Media Temperature up to 40*C Quality Policy: Our mission is to supply best quality submersible pumps to the full satisfaction of our valued customer with continual improvement in effectiveness of quality management system https://www.briiller.com
