However, Indians have an affinity towards physical real estate, both for primary use as well as investment. Moreover, due to large ticket sizes, investment in financial products has traditionally been the domain of institutions and high net worth individuals/family offices thereby restricting avenues for the average investor. With a more amenable regulatory environment, continuous product innovation, deep technology adoption and a fully institutional approach, BrixCap aims to truly democratize real estate investing in India. How will BrixCap solve these problems: • Awareness: o Traditional wealth managers primarily focused on HNIs and family offices o The BrixCap marketplace will curate investment opportunities across the risk spectrum, provide sophisticated analysis & intelligence thereby enhancing product knowledge and decision making capability of the investors and independent advisors. The platform will have a B2C and B2B2C focus. • Access: o Individual investors have limited access to pooled vehicles and structured products due to high tickets and low portfolio construction focus o With the emergence of new-age investment platforms, entry barriers have reduced considerably; Seamless online reach, digital onboarding, online fund flow and reporting considerably enhance distribution capability and investor experience. • Transparency: BrixCap will focus on quality over quantity while curating opportunities and use sophisticated tools/data science to provide an additional layer of intelligence • Liquidity: BrixCap's digital marketplace will aim to provide a window for secondary sales by matching potential buyers and sellers
