Some of initiatives we initiated : For Passenger experience : 1) 24*7 inhouse developed Chatbot for travel info 2) Live Location tracking for all Buses and Parcels 3) personalized messages to every passenger about boarding points. 4) Bus info, photo, crew details in personalized messages. 5) Boarding location real time photo for passengers assurance about place. 6) Dropping point announcement from mic to reduce For Driver and staff : 1) Personalized customized time table of duties 2) Increasing income from 1400 to 2700 per duty(1 trip is of two days) per driver 3) GPS and cctv live camera support for incidences One case study of economics about bad and expensive food quality at every bus stop : 1) Do you know, not the hotel owner but ,bus owners are responsible for bad and expensive food at every hotel at bus stops 2) Bus owners do not provide food to bus drivers and staff. 3) These 3 people- n Two drivers and 1 staff get free food from hotel owner (approx 200 Rs *3=600 Rs) 4) Hotel owner provides one bottle box(12 bottles of mineral water bottle of 1 ltr each) to these staff (approx 100 Rs) 5) Hotel owner pays approx 300 to 500 Rs to Drivers to stop the bus at their hotel. Now, Hotel owner already paid approx 1000 to 1200 Rs. 6) Only 8 to 10 people from the bus eat food at hotel. 7) Above money spent is recovered from passengers by providing expensive bad food What changes we did : 1) We provided quality home made food by partnering with online food apps. 2) Provided snacks like popcorn and jaggery Chikki to every passenger inside the bus.
