We at BuoyantWave Learning Technologies LLP, build our products under the name Bodhaka. The word Bodhaka comes from Sanskrit and means a tutor, one who awakens understanding, and that is exactly what we set out to be for every child who uses us. Our flagship product, Bodhaka BrightChalk, is an after-school AI study room for students in Classes 6 to 12, built around the prescribed Indian syllabus. We started it because we believe children deserve more than a chatbot that simply hands out answers. Good one-on-one tutoring can transform how a child learns, but it has always been expensive and out of reach for most families. The value we bring to society is to change that, by giving every student an affordable personal study room that explains concepts on a blackboard, watches them solve problems on an interactive whiteboard, asks them to explain ideas back in their own words, and lets them run virtual labs and build real projects of their own. We do not just track where marks were lost, we help children understand why, and we look after their wellbeing through the stress of exams as well through our guided meditation and breathing exercise modules. We are not here to replace school or teachers. We are here to make the hours after school count, so that students across India grow up able to reason, build, and create, not just memorise. In short, true to the meaning of our name, BuoyantWave exists to awaken real understanding in the next generation, and to make that understanding something every child can reach, no matter where they start.
