Business Roadmap is an AI-powered business consulting platform built to solve a deep, unaddressed problem in India's MSME ecosystem — that professional business consulting (feasibility studies, due diligence, and detailed project reports) has historically been too expensive, too slow, and too inaccessible for first-generation entrepreneurs and small businesses, especially across Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural India. We have built a proprietary multi-agent AI system — 24 specialist AI agents — that automates the end-to-end consulting workflow, covering market feasibility analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and bank-ready Detailed Project Reports (DPRs). This allows us to deliver consulting outputs that traditionally cost lakhs of rupees and take weeks, at a fraction of the cost (starting from ₹2,499) and within hours. Our platform operates across 786+ districts in India and supports 9 regional languages, making professional-grade business guidance accessible to entrepreneurs regardless of geography or language barrier — a segment largely ignored by traditional consulting firms. Innovation & Scalability: The core innovation lies in our AI-agent architecture, which combines domain-specific financial and regulatory logic with natural language processing to produce customized, bank-compliant reports at scale — something not offered by any existing platform in India at this price point and language coverage. The model is infinitely scalable: each new district or language requires configuration, not manual labor, allowing us to serve millions of MSMEs without proportional increase in cost. Impact: By democratizing access to quality business planning and due diligence, Business Roadmap directly supports the Government of India's MSME growth, Digital India, and financial inclusion objectives — helping first-generation entrepreneurs access formal credit, government schemes, and structured business planning that was previously out of reach.
