We are an online training academy into job skilling with specific focus on banking, BFSI & the overall non-technology sector. We intend to bring our collective experience of nearly 75 years as business leaders in BFSI sector, managing large teams, to try and become the bridge between the skills that employers need and what the potential employees possess. We are focused on both the college pass-outs and those looking for lateral career movements. Each module will focus on specific jobs in the industry and not on generic skill development and that too on a strictly need-to-know basis to keep both the time & pricing reasonable and appropriate. This will help reduce the talent gap that industry faces today despite about 3 million college pass-outs annually and will help them move to a more efficient train-hire-deploy model of hiring.
