CaloryTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“CaloryTech”) provides patented innovative thermal management solutions for Lithium-ion batteries incorporating patented Phase Change Composite – PCCTM material and other patent-pending Thermal Management Technology. CaloryTech Innovation Pvt Ltd is proud to introduce a patented Lithium-ion battery technology in India via a strategic partnership with AllCell Technologies, Chicago, USA. This patented thermal management technology for Lithium-ion batteries has been designed, tested and commercialized in USA for the past 15 years, serving a niche Electric Vehicles (EV) market in USA and worldwide by AllCell Technologies (Chicago, USA). For the first time, CaloryTech will design and manufacture Lithium-Ion battery products integrated with patented Phase Change Composite (PCCTM) Thermal Management system for the Indian EV market. The unique PCCTM thermal management system has been successfully demonstrated for preventing thermal runaway fires under many operating conditions because of a unique combination of fire-resistant Graphite and heat absorbing phase change material (PCM). There are many advantages to PCCTM thermal management system such as enhanced safety, longer cycle life, extended run time and protection which is absolutely necessary for India’s hot climate conditions during summer. CaloryTech’s strategic partner AllCell Technologies has designed and manufactured Lithium-ion batteries for various customers in USA and Europe for the last 15 years in numerous applications such as electric bikes, electric scooters, drones, light duty delivery trucks in sizes ranging from 1 to 20 kWh and also 200-400 kWh Lithium-ion battery systems for solar grid storage applications. AllCell Technologies has delivered more than 60 MWh (Mega-Watthour) to its various customers primarily in USA and also other parts of the world. It has recently increased its Lithium-ion Battery production capacity up to 40 MWh/year. CaloryTech is also developing and testing a new Patent-Pending advanced Thermal Management system for Lithium-ion batteries to create a fail-proof battery technology that can prevent a thermal runaway under abusive operating conditions.
