Nature of Business CapCred Investments Private Limited is a newly established Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with a mission to serve the unserved and underserved segments of society by providing accessible, affordable, and customer-centric financial solutions. Our focus is on retail lending for commercial vehicles, cars, MSMEs, and construction equipment, thereby enabling livelihood enhancement and asset ownership for individuals and small businesses across India. What differentiates CapCred is its strong emphasis on technology-driven innovation. We are building an integrated digital lending ecosystem comprising: • Digital Onboarding & Underwriting: AI/ML-based credit assessment models, digital KYC/CKYC, and automated decision engines that improve risk evaluation and turnaround times. • Process Automation: End-to-end loan origination and management systems (LOS/LMS) that streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve transparency. • Customer Experience Enhancements: Paperless applications, e-mandates, digital agreements, and customer self-service portals to deliver a seamless and inclusive borrowing journey. • Partnership Ecosystem: APIs and co-lending platforms to integrate with fintechs, dealers, DSAs, and other partners, thereby expanding reach and improving efficiency. Through these technology interventions, CapCred is working towards continuous improvement of products, processes, and services, making credit delivery faster, smarter, and more inclusive. The business is highly scalable—designed to expand pan-India by leveraging branch- light, tech-enabled models that minimize costs while maximizing outreach. This scalability ensures significant employment generation in sales, credit, operations, and technology functions, alongside creating opportunities for DSAs, dealers, and other ecosystem partners.
