The company sources green coffee beans directly from Indian estates and transforms them into specialty roasted coffee using modern roasting technology. Capi uses air roasting, a method where hot air circulates around the beans to roast them evenly. Unlike conventional drum roasting where beans contact a heated metal surface, air roasting reduces scorching and produces a cleaner, more consistent flavour. The company uses precision roasting systems that allow close control over temperature, airflow, and roasting curves.
