CarbonLite Infrastructure Solutions Private Limited is an IIT Tirupati–incubated deep-technology startup focused on developing advanced construction materials for durable and efficient infrastructure. The company was founded by researchers and engineers with expertise in nano-modified cementitious materials, pavement engineering, and infrastructure systems, and is supported by faculty mentorship and research infrastructure from IIT Tirupati. CarbonLite addresses a critical gap in modern infrastructure: conventional concrete systems often suffer from premature cracking, fatigue damage, corrosion-related failures, and high maintenance requirements, particularly in heavy-duty and aggressive environments. Instead of relying on increased thickness or excessive reinforcement, CarbonLite improves performance at the material level through nano-engineered modifications and fibre integration. The company’s core product platforms include Nano-FHPC (Nano-Modified Fibre High-Performance Concrete) and Ultra-Nanocrete, both designed to enhance crack resistance, durability, fatigue performance, and service life. These systems are engineered to be compatible with existing ready-mix and construction practices, enabling practical field deployment without requiring specialized equipment. CarbonLite operates on a B2B model, initially targeting performance-critical infrastructure applications and industrial use cases. The startup is currently in the validation stage, executing pilot projects with industrial partners to generate real-world performance data and refine its systems for broader commercial adoption. With a combination of material innovation, engineering validation, and structured pilot deployment, CarbonLite aims to build scalable, high-performance solutions for next-generation infrastructure.
