In India farmers lost Rs. 30 million worth of fruits and vegetables every year due to inadequate post harvest techniques . With the help of our innovative dehydrator (machine) and innovative drying technology we can dry any kind of agricultural produces like fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs and leaves can be dehydrated in economical and eco-friendly manner. In our area Cardamom is the major crop.For drying Cardamom 1.5 lakh tonnes firewood were burnt every year which one deposits 2.7 lakh tonnes of Carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.We can replace the firewood for drying purpose and enhance the self life.
