It gives me immense pleasure today to announce the launch of our special range of freshly grounded homemade spice blends under the brand name "Carryways". Although I am a true food lover and keep all the knowledge about spices and food blends but I never thought to commercialize this. But since we have witnessed the chaos created by Covid 19 across the globe, I thought if some one has to prevent himself/herself from fatal disease like Covid or something what is the best thing one can do is to have "BETTER IMMUNITY". So I started thinking in a reverse manner that how we as a human evolve and what are we do to boost our immunity during our journey from childhood to adulthood and what kind of quality food we eat to lead a healthy lifestyle. Therefore we bring home made spice blends, which will be available to people for consumption right after grinding or at max within 15 days. What ever you pick from super store is couple of months old or more in case of some blends which are not commonly used. So due to stay on shelf and some substandard packaging or plastic containers, preservatives and anticaking agents, spices tend to loose its medicinal values. We use glass containers instead of plastic ones and we don't use any preservative. No colour and no anticaking agent. This may result in some lumps or cakes, but our priority is "HEALTH" so give your body a healthy treat with maximum medicinal benefits of spices and herbs. Now you must be thinking about the taste, yes, it's a vital part of the whole process that's why we do grinding in small batches of 100gm to 500gm, due to which spices always remain in low temperatures and there is no chance of loss of oil from spices.
