Our startup is driven by a mission to reduce environmental waste and generate sustainable livelihoods for rural women. We address the pressing issues of sanitary plastic and textile waste with innovative, eco-friendly solutions that also empower communities.Central to our approach is Titlam, a brand we've created to focus on producing zero-waste products handcrafted by rural women. Through Titlam, we upcycle textile waste into beautifully crafted items that honor traditional arts like embroidery and tie-dye, giving new life to discarded materials while supporting local artisans.In addition, we’ve also developed reusable cloth pads made from bamboo charcoal fabric as a part of innovation. These pads are antibacterial, stain-resistant, and durable for up to 160 uses, offering a sustainable alternative to single-use sanitary products and minimizing environmental impact.Together, our zero-waste products and sustainable sanitary solutions have already eliminated over 4,500 tons of sanitary plastic and textile waste 11500 KGs of textile waste from the environment.
