I have started a business to provide Grocery, Fruits, Vegetables and Dairy products in Indirapuram (Ghaziabad, UP - India), Noida (Sector 62/63) and Greater Noida (West) in India. We are providing all type of “Casa Needs” to our customer through Website, Mobile App, WhatsApp and Telephone. We are primarily focusing on Daily Milk distribution to the customers. As buying Milk is one of the tedious task in today’s busy world. A consumer has to take out some time for this daily task every day. Milk is one of the product which is essential for every household and Casa Needs has come up with solution to this generic problem and providing the Milk daily to the consumers at their door-step. What is the Innovation? We have started QR Code based Daily Milk Delivery to track the progress of the delivery along with transparency on Accounts and Payments to the customers. Hassle free system to track the previous history as well. Why we are delivering the Milk? As milk is one of the daily requirement for every Household we have two primary points on Milk Delivery purpose. 1) Our delivery boys will visit their place and will represent our company or Brand. 2) We will engage customers through our App/Messenger with us on Daily Basis. What is the benefit of delivering Milk? Only milk delivery is not much beneficial, we aim primarily on converting the Milk customers to purchase other items in Grocery, Fruits and Vegetables by providing various offers and schemes and increase the bucket value and margin. How are we different? Personal Interaction: We are bridging the Gap between Local Vendor and Well-Established Company by providing customer support and interaction through Phone, WhatsApp and Personal Collections. Several Payment Options: We are also giving several payment options like Monthly Advance, 10 Days Advance or weekly after payment options for the customers. We also have Cash mode for the payment along with other modes. Credit Facility: We are also offering credit facility to the customers: Weekly payment on Sunday, customer can buy anything from our online store and pay their dues every Sunday. Monthly payment against cheque, customer can issue a cheque and we add the store credits in their account and the customer can buy anything from our store. This business has maximum potential by engaging the customer and becoming the one-stop place for every type of “Casa Needs”.
