Hi, This is Amit Chauhan, I am going to presenting my idea with quite some information , we got this business idea! than thought when I my self live on a rent. how much trouble do people living on the rented house there not able to get the facility which people used to get in society ,apartment and flats etc. and at the same time we have also seen how many problems the landlord has to face in retaining the tenants . so i looked at the problems of both the tenants and landlord thought of starting this business. well, there are many such businesses in the market but middle class people can't afford these high services . This is the reason doing this work that we can give good services to the middle class people in less budget which they want but can't afford .Basically in local colony many people take rooms on rent .which they are not able to get in low budget and if there are available in low budget then the landlord does not get good, the landlord misbehave with them, miscommunicate, same tenants have water problems ,same are not able to pay the rent on time ,same people do not get a good environment in a rented houses and same landlord do not get good tenants and even if they get , they do not get the rent on time and at the same time they do a lot of damages in the house due to which the landlord has to face a lots of problems. so this is the reason for us to start this work that we can provide good services to both the landlord the tenants so now we already have 400 plus rooms and 20 plus landlord and we need funding to do more addons to advertise to make the service more the batter so that we can do our advertisement in different cities and also we can provide are good services.
