CFURST Solutions Pvt Ltd is a technology enterprise founded in 2020 by CA Rakesh Chathli, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over four decades of experience in Finance & Accounts and enterprise Oracle ERP consulting. Since 2025, the Company has diversified into Artificial Intelligence, transitioning from an IT services model to a scalable, IP-driven AI product business. The Company's flagship product, INTAURYX, is an AI-first platform built to automate manual, repetitive, and judgment-heavy workflows for professional service firms — Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers, and Tax Consultants — a segment underserved by AI-native tools despite being highly document- and process-intensive. The long-term vision is for INTAURYX to become a single, unified platform addressing all manual and repetitive work within professional service firms. Core capabilities include an AI chatbot for querying firm data and drafting notices, legal documents, and client communications; automated client/entity record management; and role-based, multi-branch workflow management designed for firms with multiple offices and a global client base. Specialised AI Agents are planned for GST reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and audit/tax workflows, alongside legal-practice use cases such as case and document drafting, compliance tracking, and client matter management. The roadmap further includes Email Automation and Timesheet Management modules, with a privacy-conscious, India-hosted architecture supporting international expansion. The product is planned to go live at MVP stage around mid of August 2026, with progressive rollout of the above modules thereafter.
