The crisis is caused by counterfeit drugs, unqualified practitioners, and systemic regulatory inefficiencies, leading to an annual economic burden of ₹56,000-76,000 crores ($9.2 Billion) and preventable deaths. The platform is designed as a unified digital ecosystem, a single source of truth for healthcare safety information for all stakeholders. It has a multi-faceted revenue stream, including tiered citizen subscription plans (Pro, Super), partnerships, and B2B offerings for pharmacies and regulators. The project aims for profitability in Year 1, with a projected Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratio of 5:1. The platform's core pillars include: * Medicine Verification: A real-time scanner that cross-verifies drug barcodes and unique identifiers against government databases like the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO). * Practitioner Verification: A module to confirm a healthcare provider's credentials by cross-referencing their license against the National Medical Commission (NMC) registry. * Community-led Enforcement: A fraud reporting and heatmap system that provides regulators with a proactive, data-driven tool for enforcement. * AI/ML Integration: The platform's AI/ML layer does not generate new data; its purpose is to verify and aggregate existing, trusted data with a target accuracy of 97%. The AI also analyzes geotagged fraud reports to create a dynamic fraud heatmap for regulators. The go-to-market strategy is a phased rollout, with an initial pilot launching in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh to validate the technology and business model. The company plans to onboard 250,000 users and 7,000 pharmacies in the first year. Cloud costs are projected to be ₹20 Lakhs in Year 1, increasing to ₹60 Lakhs by Year 3.
