CHAO Ortho Care Private Limited (COCPL) “Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP)” for providing an ecosystem for budding & existing women entrepreneurs across the country. As an enabling platform, WEP is built on three pillars- Iccha Shakti, Gyaan Shakti & Karma Shakti. Chao Ortho Care Private Limited, an Indian company launched on 27/06/2019. The company is certified by an ISO 9001 - 2015 and set out all the steps that are needed to achieve the criteria for this certification. The planning & Implementation of the work is divided into Two phases- First initial phase – Presently company has developed a service-oriented system that has allowed it to become a supplier and distributor of Medical Devices, Orthopedic Implants and Instrument to serve the products under the FDA & CDSCO license. In addition, we are going to participate in Government/Semi- Government/Private and public tenders and responsible for sales and service in the territory. Furthermore, the company can also appoint dealers, sub-distributors, sub-agents, sub-representatives, or other persons to act on Distributor’s. Second phase – Establishing a preserved Manufacturing unit for Orthopedic Implants and Instrument along with sterilization facility, the Detailed Project Report is under preparation and may it will in procedure in Sep – 2022. Products & Operational Information : We Majorly deal in Medical Device – Orthopedic Implants and Instruments: our vide products range of Orthopedic Implants and Instruments made up using Surgical Grade Stainless Steel 316L and Titanium Grade 5 TI6AL4V. The associate products manufacturing facility are beneath CDSCO licensed to manufacture for Sale or for Distribution of Class C or Class D medical devices in Form MD 9 under Medical Device Rules, 2017 along with certified by ISO 13485 2016 (Quality Management System) WHO GMP and CE for firmly upholding the Quality Standards Assurance. Orthopedic Implants: Orthopedic implant are medical devices that are used for the replacement of damaged or missed the bone. The orthopaedic implants are surgically inserted in the body to treat or support a damaged bone or joint, further stabilizing the body posture. Uses & Applications: Orthopaedic Implants are used for bone fracture and Instrument sets are used for fixing the Implants.
