The Indian agricultural sector produces relatively large quantities of food, pulses and oil. There was no solution to store the live contents rather than to convert and store them.. Recently, a study found that we lose more than 50% of the food we consume, even if we make chemical combinations to store it more efficiently. Hence, we decided to store more time-one raw material straight from the field to avoid losing proteins and avoid chemical combinations. Sessional foods are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year..
