Identifying hidden, known and unknown concerns for all businesses and addressing them with software solutions, tailor-made for each business yet adaptable beyond differences, is our major portion of work. We ideate for solutions along with the clients for them to feel included in every step of the way. We are a very agile-friendly setup, primarily focusing on incrementally iterating towards the end solution, incorporating necessary changes to achieve the end product, which is the right and apt product for the client. Another unique habit in our work culture is that we are very systematic. We do all necessary groundwork before commencing any project including feasibility study, statement of work and agreements, initial data modelling, breaking down into epics and user stories, tracking project progress, check-point report generation, regular scrum meetings, brainstorming discussions, workshops, retrospective sessions and so on and so forth. Being systematic does not imply we are not capable of changes. We understand every project and task is susceptible to change, and hence we have a very strong change management and inclusion process. Staying customer-focused helps us create a strong rapport with our clients and creating a space for open-discussions and workshops. Our mission is to create customised solutions for our clients by never compromising on the quality of work we do, and in the end creating a digital world for them that would drive traction for their businesses. Clients are often clueless as to how an issue can be solved and often more times they are unaware if there is a problem at all. That is when our team from Hashind Solutions can come in as the Good Samaritan who can help them with their business problems, but from a Software approach. We consider individuals and interactions primary over any kind of processes or tools. We believe communication is key and a small discussion or a workshop would bridge most of the gaps. We also believe in customer collaboration over negotiations. We ideate with the customers for addressing the problems, we also provide continued business justification of the solution towards the problem. Our core principles and values for the company revolves around behaviour towards our clients which gets us the best practices and techniques in arriving at the solution. For instance, we have a casual conversation with a Business man and try to understand if there is a gap that we could fill in to keep their heads above water. Our pitch and our proposal would be very much customised for the potential client and his major problems that brings down his business pace. We can create applications that work in any platforms, mobile or desktop, and enterprise websites for driving leads for their businesses. Apart from consultancy, we develop applications that can be local and cloud-based. When clients are unsure of the outcome, and even otherwise for the clients to see what the outcome could be, we provide a prototype of the product or a sample working model that could enable their vision towards this product as well.
