Waste Plastic and Rubber Recycling Plant This project focuses on waste plastic and waste rubber. It covers all kind of plastics like PP, PE, PS, ABS, Fishing net, Safety net, plastic cables, purchase bags.Rubber items includes rubber tyres, rubber sole, slippers, waste fibre carpet, PMMA. Recycling of these products low grade oils and carbon black. Synthetic gas generated during the process is used as a fuel to run the plant. 95% of the pyrolysis units in the country are batch processes producing low grade oils which is used as fuel in industrial furnaces. These continuous plants doesn’t fulfill pollution norms and are unsafe too due to frequent opening of the reactors in the hot conditions. Continuous plant which we would be using fulfill all pollution norms and are safe.
