We are addressing a highly unorganized market by creating an on-demand, app-based ecosystem that connects verified, trained technicians with customers seeking CCTV installation, maintenance, and repair services. Our platform offers a complete service lifecycle—from customer enquiry, technician dispatch, quotation, product delivery, installation, and post-installation support—managed seamlessly through our apps and admin dashboard. Customers benefit from transparent pricing, faster response, quality assurance, and centralized support. Technicians benefit from flexible earning opportunities, skill development, and backend technical assistance. Trakty also acts as a product supplier, offering customers pre-configured hardware and warranty/AMC plans. We ensure that technicians focus only on installation and service, while everything else—sales, inventory, payment, logistics, and support—is handled by the system. Technicians are not employees but are onboarded like delivery agents on a commission basis, allowing us to scale rapidly with low fixed cost. We are building a trusted ecosystem with digital verification (OTP-based), real-time job tracking, misconduct penalties, and customer consent workflows. This ensures accountability and customer satisfaction at every step.
