We are a Technology based start-up company our goal is to provide service in claim settlement to the customers in need. Insured persons have to complete formalities at the time of mishap to get the claims against the premium paid. A person buys a policy for him and/or family to be stressed free at the time of mishap. But processing of claims against premium is complicated and not understandable by the insured person at nick of the time. Claim processing is different in case of different policies and companies. Although insurance companies are aligned to pay claims to all the customers but due to lack of proper knowledge and expertise to carry formalities, cases remain unsolved or underpaid. At the end customer feel cheated by insurance intermediary or company, if satisfactory/promised claim is not provided. Our strength is to facilitate service in real time to customers who are really in need hand holding at the time of mishap. We promise to minimize the uncertainty about claims at the time of need to insured. Customer wants to be assured for his claim settlement in a satisfactory manner which may or may not arise. But if the promised/expected claim is not disbursed at the time of need, the purpose of policy is failed. Now we are here to support customers in fulfilling requirements, carrying formalities and in resolving claims on time through a portal.
