COMPANY INTRODUCTION Clickalt Global Pvt Ltd. aims to unleash the potential of home grown talent pool by providing them dream career for professionals and internship opportunities for freshers and young graduates in the Information Technology industry in Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada. Clickalt Global brings in transformative business solutions as the answer to the business challenges of the disruptive digital era. We do it by assisting domestic and offshore customers with market research, innovative business models and by providing high end technology and software products. COMPANY OBJECTIVES The principal business activities of the Company are: Carry on as an Information technology consultancy and software solutions service provider in pursuit of the activities described under the Commercial License issued to the company under the Company Law and Regulations act. Add to the National GDP of India by bringing in National and International projects thus creating more employment opportunities which is resulting in the growth of the state and national economy. India’s IT industry contributed around 7.7% to the country’s GDP and is expected to contribute 10% to India’s GDP by 2025. We provide services across the Enterprise's technology model for Fintech, EdTech, Business process outsourcing, Artificial Intelligence, Data analytics and engineering, web and mobile applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and the likes. Do all other things that are, in the opinion of the Directors to be incidental or conducive to such activities; and engage in any lawful activity. Our core belief is that when like-minded people work together to achieve greatness, we can harness the power of cutting-edge technology solutions that have a significant influence on our customer’s core business.
