The platform enables users to order medicines, healthcare products, and essential supplies, schedule recurring deliveries, receive refill reminders, monitor order status, and manage emergency requests through a single application. Unlike conventional healthcare and quick commerce platforms that are designed for individual users, Fikr Not separates the decision-maker, payer, and recipient, allowing adult children, including Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), to coordinate care for their parents living in India. This addresses a growing challenge created by urban migration, nuclear families, and an increasing elderly population. The business follows an asset-light model by integrating with existing pharmacies, healthcare providers, and logistics partners instead of building its own delivery infrastructure. Revenue is generated through subscription plans, marketplace commissions, and value-added healthcare services. The long-term vision is to build a comprehensive digital platform for family-led eldercare by integrating medicine management, healthcare services, diagnostics, home care, and wellness into a single ecosystem.
