Unlike conventional healthcare and quick commerce platforms that are designed for individual users, Fikr Not separates the decision-maker, payer, and recipient, allowing adult children, including Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), to coordinate care for their parents living in India. This addresses a growing challenge created by urban migration, nuclear families, and an increasing elderly population. The business follows an asset-light model by integrating with existing pharmacies, healthcare providers, and logistics partners instead of building its own delivery infrastructure. Revenue is generated through subscription plans, marketplace commissions, and value-added healthcare services.
