a. Executive summary: Our business is to make edge computing resource marketplace over our hardware device. Our device comes with fully loaded DC OS which let App/service provider to deploy their apps and services at edge. Our platform is based on AI and Blockchain technology which helps in building fully decentralized and secured economy of edge computing across globe. Our Cloudcan Edge device is two type ‘Cloudcan Edge X’ and ‘Cloudcan Edge Z’. Cloudcan Edge X is built for consumer and offices and ‘Cloudcan Edge Z’ built for Telcom 5G Tower. We will be generating revenue by selling Our devices, sharing revenue with third party Edge computing software/App/Service provider on our platform. b. Business Model: we will be continuously developing innovative devices for edge computing through our R & D. we will be generating revenue through mainly two branches of businesses which is the part of our complete ecosystem. c. Sales and Distribution of Our Devices: we will be selling our devices to three different kinds of customers. Firstly, Consumer customers who buy it for smart home, VR, gaming etc. Secondly, Businesses and Our Franchise partners who can deploy cloudcan in offices and also participate on our platform for generating revenue by selling Edge computing resources to their local area. Thirdly, Cloudcan Edge Z devices can be deployed by telecom companies as portable Edge cloud with every 5G tower and participate on our platform for generating additional revenue and providing value added services to their customers.
