Established in 2016, Codevidhya is an EdTech start-up headquartered in Jaipur (India). With an aim to disrupt the multi-billion education vertical of India with its state of the art product incorporated with the mission “To Enable Students to Create; using Technology leading to Entrepreneurship”. We strongly believe that the current education framework is not preparing the workforce to be qualified enough for the jobs of the future. There are more jobs in the Computer Science industry which requires coding as a basis for knowledge than ever before and are going to grow increasingly, but the current state of affairs is such that the very indispensable skill- coding isn’t given the due importance it deserves in today’s tech-driven times. To empower the future generation with the skills that would prepare them for the jobs of tomorrow, we lay strong emphasis on the importance of Coding to be included in the school as early as Grade 1. We have scientifically developed a Curriculum for schools as per the framework provided by CBSE thereby mapping the curriculum to the guidelines. Our other offerings include After School Programs, Club Activities, and Online Learning. We have an annual mentored program for students of higher grades and working on developing a curriculum for Entrepreneurship with a focus on Market Research, Financial Management, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Stress Management, and Team Management. Currently, Codevidhya has a clientele of 25+ schools and 10000+ students on its portfolio in Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. The idea for the business comes from the fact that the jobs in the future will be linked to technology and the current education system is not preparing the students for it and we are taking small steps towards it.
