The shakes will be served by means of mobile van which will be available at different places at scheduled time. ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY To address the above mentioned problems we have chosen fruit shakes that are grown in traditional environment with the help of organic farming. Uttarakhandi fruits are a very good source of Vitamin C along with being used as cure for a wide variety of diseases such as diabetes, digestion, weight loss, asthma, bronchitis etc. Fruits like Kafal, Apricot, Mulberry, Plum, Hisaloo, Kirmadi etc hold a wide range of nutritional benefits.
