Guru Ravi Dass Educational Trust, founded in 2016 and inspired by the teachings of Guru Ravi Dass Ji, has served as a beacon of education, equality, and empowerment. The Trust now introduces a bold initiative to empower the youth of Samba, Jammu & Kashmir, through a 6-month intensive Computer Education Program. This project aims to provide access to essential digital skills and tools that will enable underprivileged communities to not only participate in but also benefit from the digital economy. The program will train over 300 students, with special focus on SC/ST/OBC, school dropouts, and unemployed youth, especially women. Using a fully equipped external computer institute accessible to the Trust, training will be delivered by experienced faculty. The students will receive a certificate upon completion, improving their credibility, employability, and confidence. The initiative is expected to act as a catalyst for long-term development and inclusion in the digital age.
