We at Core.ai believe that AI should be centered around human values. As a stepping stone, we are building an internet-scale data storage platform focused around deeply human constructs of data ownership and privacy. What are we building? We believe data is the next Oil. Current data storage, archival, and retrieval systems are not equipped to handle data safely; even storage services from major cloud providers' services are also not fit for new age storage needs. Modern-day data storage should guarantee ownership, durability, scalability, and commoditization of data storage and retrieval system. Hence we are building a Natively Secure, Scalable, Affordable, and easy to use Data Storage for everyone and every need. With the rapid adoption of 4G, the upcoming launch of 5G, and the lower cost of capable smartphones (4k video recording & RAW photos), personal data generation is set to explode on the Internet. However, there are physical limits on how much data one can store in the phone, Hard disk, and computer safely and securely. Our new service will revolutionize the way people handle their data. We believe that ownership of any digital data belongs to the person who generated it, and data should be shared only with consent. Current storage/archival systems available for retail users are handicapped in respecting each user's ownership and data privacy, even if one chooses for paid service. Our new offering will revolutionize the storage industry by providing affordable and secure storage centered around every storage need. This new scalable data platform will also act as a foundation to roll out artificial intelligence services for future products.
