He has participated in National and International trade fairs and seminars. He is the brain behind the conceptualization of CHPF and a key member of the management team; Mrs. J. SAANTHII JOSEPH, is the proprietor of SHANTH FABZ. SHANTHIFABZ is the Pan India Distributor of OFS Furniture. OFS is an 87-year-old Contract furniture manufacturing company in the USA, continuing to produce world class furniture in USA. For more details, please visit www.ofs.com Mr. B.A. JOSEPH – Director; Mr. Joseph has worked in Bangladesh and Egypt in senior positions and travelled widely for business in Europe and USA; Mr.B.A.JOSEPH has 38 years of experience in managing operations of large spinning mills with more that 42 million USD turnover in India & Abroad. He has been Instrumental in formulating policies and managing operations; The Directors are members in BNI, Rotary & RMB which provides them with good exposure to consumers in all markets; We have good support from renowned Auditor, Company Secretary, Business Consultants, etc… The collective net worth of the Directors is 6 crore rupees; 3) OPPORTUNITY: During marketing OFS an American contract furniture brand products we understood that there is an opportunity available for Furniture sofas and recliners made of Genuine leather; 4) ADVANTAGES: There is good customer base available who need customized Quality Furniture with Aesthetics, Ergonomical design, Longevity and better service; 5) SOLUTION: To capitalise this market requirement we have started manufacturing Leather Furniture with High Quality and at an affordable cost; 6) PRODUCT: Our products are manufactured with Genuine Leather imported from Italy and other sources, that has passed 6 key ISO Certified tests; With the selection of Quality Raw materials & with the utmost care taken during every processing step we are confident to give extended warranty against any manufacturing defects for our products; We have designed and delivered more than 30+ sofa models and 20+ recliner models. 7) MARKET: Our target market is HNI category & New age consumers seeking for innovative products ; We intend to build the sales pipeline by promoting our products through a strong show room presence, E-Commerce, Social media, social networking platforms like Rotary, BNI, RMB etc, Enhanced marketing plan: We are planning join development programs with builders, auditoriums, Hospitals, Community meeting halls, Clubs, Hotels, Hostels, etc. 8) COMPETITION: We compete confidently with companies that are established more than 25 years in this category; 9) BUSINESS MODEL: We plan to establish 33 showrooms in Teir 1 & 2 cities within the next 3 years and then gradually move to Teir 3 cities with local presence; Ours will be a B2C model. We will appoint franchisees. We plan to set up 4000sqft showrooms in tier 1 cities and 2000sqft showroom in tier 2 cities. 10) FACTORY EXPANSION PLAN: We have to setup factories to cater the requirements of these showrooms. The factory will be managed and operated by us. 11) TRAINING AND SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: As there is a huge responsibility for women empowerment we are planning a full-fledged training centre for women and unemployed youth in the areas of carpentry, pattern making, sewing, finishing, etc. We can create job opportunities for Diploma & ITI completed students; Future: Our ultimate goal is to create 100% indigenous products with international quality under “MAKE IN INDIA”; 12) INVESTMENT: We having already established our Factory to cater to the ongoing production and a model Show room to exercise all marketing strategies at an investment of 2.4cr. We are also looking for an additional external investment of Rs. 30cr to 50cr by equity to equip ourselves to meet the financial requirement immediate development of our business and expansion of production facility An additional financial support is also being planned to derive from the franchisee model and long term joint venture programs.
