In their own words
In 2013-14, my mother was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anaemia, which later progressed into Evans syndrome, a condition where your own antibodies destroy both your haemoglobin and platelets. Throughout this period, I had to consult numerous doctors and carry stacks of lab reports with me. Over time, I began to realise the need for a more efficient way to manage and share comprehensive health records with any doctor. It was during this realisation that I saw a valuable opportunity. While navigating the numerous health issues my mother faced, I found myself shuttling between various doctors with a pile of medical files. It became apparent that a more streamlined approach was needed for the future. Three crucial aspects stood out as immediate priorities: Firstly, the absence of a well-organised, integrated and secure paperless health record system was evident. Secondly, there was a need for improved methods of analysing these medical reports. Lastly, I realised the importance of a secure and effortless means of sharing these reports with anyone, anywhere. I firmly believe that every individual should have access to a well-organised and secure repository for their medical records. What sets us apart is ur exclusive offering of Lab-generated analytical reports. We have the capability to archive reports from any lab affiliated with Health Box. Presently, our primary customer base faces a choice between physically storing their health records in paper form or utilising scanning apps for digital storage. However, this process can quickly become cumbersome and demotivating over time.
