Fermented fish and processed fish have been considered a widespread industry since ancient ages. The drying of different varieties of fishes is one of the world's oldest known preservation methods, and dried fish has a storage life of several years depending upon the atmosphere & weather. Ancient methods of preserving fish included drying, salting, pickling and smoking. All of these techniques are still used today but with modern techniques of Freezing, Pickling and Packaging. We at Creativebrothers do the same but in a modern & hygienic procedure. We have already tried the North-Eastern Market with our products & become the most popular among the available. We have also incorporated some modern Technics to keep the dry fish fresh & long lasting in the pouch without Chemical & harmful pesticide.
