(A)THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:- 1.To Improve the lives of people through supporting them in education, health care as well as providing emergency relief aid/services in natural disasters, war and other conflicts; 2.To remove educational backwardness by formulating and implementing educational schemes and to open, run, assist libraries and book bank 3.To set up healthcare centers, bloodbanks and provide, encourage, initiate or promote facilities for prevention and treatment of diseases and to undertake designing and construction of Hospitals; 4.To undertake the providing medical facilities including nursing homes, hospitals, especially for the welfare of backward section of the society; 5. To coordinate humanitarian relief operations due to natural and man-made disasters in areas beyond the relief capacity of national authorities alone; 6.To provide relief to people, who are victims of disasters by mobilizing food and transport for all large-scale refugee-feeding operations; 7.To respond quickly to help people who are affected wherever the conflicts occur. It does that by meeting immediate material needs and ensuring that consequences of the conflict, such as disease, hunger, loss of income, injury, do not destroy the livelihoods of those who are affected; 8.To facilitate the programmes that aims at achieving environmental objectives and meet the environmental quality; 9.To develop a culture in which persons are aware of and concerned about environment and the problems associated with it and committed to work individually as well as collectively towards solutions of current problems and prevention of future problems 10.To having leadership programmes with the aim of broadening participants understanding of different concepts of leadership, leadership culture, enhance participants’ skills, increase their self-confidence and support the acquisition of strategies for effective leadership, encourage participants to undertake leadership and decision-making roles, both formal and informal; 11.To increase networking and opportunities for collaboration with like minded organisations including govt and non govt agencies that will assist in achieving the sec 8 company’s aims and objectives; 12.To complement and develop links with other leadership and skill development programs; 13.To work for women’s empowerment through social mobilization, targeted intervention, education, orientation, training, income generation activity awareness, SHGs formation, skill development and support against dowry, trafficking, harassment, discrimination, atrocities, child marriage etc; 14.To give, to provide and to render help and assistance to and/or implement any scheme for social marketing and production of its products; 15.To promote environmental and social forestry development programmes, control of pollution (noise, water, air), education and training for creations of environmental awareness; 16.To establish de-addiction, by counselling and establishing rehabilitation centers for alcoholic and drug-addicts; 17.To give, to provide and to render help and assistance to and/or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor; 18.To open, establish, promote, assist, finance, support in the setting up ,maintain and running educational institute/center including technical education center/institution, lecture halls and other establishments or institutions for advancement of skills based education and on all subjects on humanity in all their manifestation; 19.To encourage, promote, assist, Co-ordinate, or guide research development and activities among rural masses; 20.To institute award to encourage the contribution made by individual or organization towards public welfare; 21.To establish, construct, organize, consolidate, support, develop, acquire, take over,conduct, equip, endow, improve, alter, extend, maintain and administer welfare centres, dispensaries, clinics, old age home and day care centre for senior citizens, hospitals, Education for family, life programmes, children welfare services and other social welfare; 22.To undertake the compilation, printing and publication of books, booklets, papers, pamphlets, and audio-visual aids suitable for the educational moral, spiritual or cultural development of young people or adults; To accept donations, grants, presents, and other offering (in the shape of moveable or immovable properties) and the same shall be utilized for the promotion of aims and objects of the section 8 company.
