Credo Health Services, a HealthTech Company focusing on personalized precision care management for lifestyle diseases with integrated technology, innovation, clinical expertise, research, and education. The objective of this personalized precision care is to provide holistic healthcare to reduce sickness, to reduce complications, to delay the progression of the disease, to reverse the disease wherever possible, and to improve the quality of life and wellbeing. These services are provided by the care management team comprising of Counselor, Personal Health Coach, Nutrition Specialist, Fitness Specialist, Behavioral Therapist, Care Manager, Clinical Pharmacologist, Treating Doctor etc., which is completely integrated with the technology platform with Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. Credo health integrates various remote monitoring devices used by the member on a single platform. Multiple data points are collected from these devices on a real-time basis and continuously analyzed using medical algorithms that have been co-created by leading doctors. CREDO Health collaborates with the hospitals, doctors, employers, Corporates and health systems to deliver precision healthcare. CREDO Health plans to scale-up its services across the country in 12 – 18 months. In the first year, we expect to reach 5000 members and 100,000 members in the third year. Further, Credo plans to generate employment opportunities in both IT and non-IT sector in the coming years.
