TalentXO is a Recruitment-Tech startup, that is building a Remote, on-demand workforce of Freelance Recruiters, who can engage with companies across the world to help them hire a super team. We are a Work-marketplace for recruiters to find work opportunities with companies across the world, that was previously not accessible to them due to lack of an digitally-organised work process. Our vision is to build a community of recruiters globally, who can find remote / freelance work opportunities with companies anywhere, and in-turn provide employment opportunities to a large number of HR Recruiters. To We have built an easy-to-use Recruitment tool, to simplify various stages of the recruitment-cycle and make it easy for recruiters to engage with companies remotely. In the future, we envisage having a marketplace with tens of thousands of recruiters and companies, working together for generating employment opportunities and wealth at a large scale. At the same time, many people who were left out of workforce due to the pandemic (Working mothers, women with career breaks, young graduates etc) can have the flexibility to work from home, remotely or anywhere, hence increasing their workforce participation.
