Platform that converts a physical queue at crowded Indian clinics and hospitals into a digital one. Digital queue benefits both the patients and the clinics. Patients can view their relative position in the queue, this eliminates the need to wait in the cramped waiting rooms and allows them to make productive use of their time. Clinics need less effort and resources to manage crowds. Reducing the number of people physically present in the waiting area also helps in containing contagious infections/diseases. The Platform has an interface both for clinics and for patients. The patient interface displays a list of clinics and hospitals with details like queue size, opening/closing time, etc and gives the patient an option to book an appointment. After booking the appointment the patient is added to the queue and can watch the queue progress in real time. An alert is sent to the patient’s device whose turn is about to come. The clinic side interface allows an authorised user (usually a receptionist) to control the queue, move it forward, open/close the clinic and view patient information. For all of this we will charge a small monthly fee to these clinics.
