To conceptualize, strategize, analyse, design, create, own, develop, deploy, offer, in India and elsewhere, end-to-end engineering solutions such as design, development, implementation, execution, training, customization, handing over and maintenance of all types of products including but not limiting to CCTV Surveillance systems, Public Address systems, Access control, Perimeter Intrusion detection systems, Leak detection systems, Communication systems, Broadcast systems, Networking systems (Passive and Active), Wireless Transmission systems, Automatic Announcement systems, Display and Signage systems, Passenger Information systems, PSIM software, Integrated Security Software, Cloud based Software solutions and Smart Analytics and for this purpose to offer consultancy and maintenance of all types of software and solutions for all or any of the above systems. 2. To render high quality engineering consulting and other related activities and services to develop and provide innovative solutions to various industries functioning across several geographies by leveraging in the areas relating to the above-mentioned objects and such other ancillary areas as may from time to time be deemed fit. 3. To import, export, manufacture, test, fabricate, assemble, stock, distribute, sell, market all products related to the field of activities listed above, whether individually or in partnership or collaboration with other individuals, organizations or entities anywhere in the world by leveraging technology and for this purpose to enter into joint venture, collaboration, franchising, licensing/trade agreements. 4. To provide field level as well as remote support and maintenance services of products and software dealt by the company and for this purpose to enter into maintenance contracts with end users and such other parties as may be necessary.
