The idea behind Curtex is to create diverse ranges of curtains including disposable, poly curtains and PVC curtains catering to the needs of hospital, aircraft and railway industries of the globe. This intends to create a single curtain factory for all their needs and thereby provide a formal organised channel for the dynamic modern corporate world. This will also focus on organising the curtain industry by providing a one-stop solution for all the curtain needs of diverse industries and simultaneously take a step towards sustainability by driving new environment-friendly and reusable product ranges. The business model initially focuses on being a product-driven model where we sell directly to the industries (hospitals, aircraft operators etc.) and simultaneously to the middlemen who cater largely to the small scale operators in these industries. The final goal will be to develop an integrated business model with service and product both originating at Curtex and reaching the end-user directly by eliminating the middle-men.
