Small farmers don’t get good rates for their organic, beautiful coffee. And consumers never get to taste this amazing coffee. Not only that, there is tremendous volatility in the green coffee market. Thus coffee growers see wild fluctuations in the rates they get each year. Which means they cannot invest in their coffee with any confidence, as they don’t know what rate they may get next year. Which means that the quality of the coffee does not improve. We, CXR Coffee Private Limited are a coffee company that works directly with small farmers to source organic coffee, and compensate them above market levels. We will give them the same or better rates year on year, that are not linked to the market fluctuations. Therefore farmers can invest with confidence in their coffee. At the other end, we specialize in brewing coffee, and offering bespoke coffee menus, coffee beans, and operating a coffee bar for our clients. Including our specially trained baristas, that are technically excellent, and have great interpersonal and ‘show’ skills to wow the customers.
