To carry on the business of wholesalers, distributors, traders, dealers, importers, exporters, stockists, and suppliers of all kinds of goods, commodities, articles, products, materials, merchandise, and consumables of every description, whether manufactured, semi-manufactured, or raw, not restricted to any particular class or category. To buy, sell, resell, trade, import, export, distribute, store, transport, market, and otherwise deal in goods and commodities on a wholesale basis, either directly or through agents, brokers, distributors, or other intermediaries, within or outside the country. To establish, acquire, lease, operate, and maintain warehouses, godowns, storage facilities, distribution centers, and logistics arrangements for the efficient conduct of wholesale trading operations. To act as commission agents, consignees, clearing and forwarding agents, buying or selling agents, or representatives for manufacturers, traders, firms, companies, or individuals engaged in any line of wholesale or allied trade. To undertake sourcing, procurement, packaging, labeling, grading, quality control, and related value-added activities incidental or ancillary to wholesale trading, as permitted under applicable laws. To enter into contracts, agreements, joint ventures, partnerships, or strategic arrangements with domestic or foreign entities for the purpose of expanding or facilitating wholesale trading activities. To engage in all such lawful activities, acts, and operations as may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects, including raising finance, obtaining licenses, registrations, approvals, and employing personnel necessary for the conduct of the business.
