We have founded our company to address the huge shortage in the human resources in the FM Industry vis a vis with the huge population of youngsters who are unable to find proper career openings for a good career in the FM industry and creating a benchmark for FM Education in India which is currently having no FM Specialized Education unlike the Western Countries where FM Education are taught at colleges and thus create a trained knowledgeable workforce for the FM Industry .We will be bringing up standards as per the local market and on the sector specific skill shortages which are related to the FM Industry and the organizations in particular on their specific target resources which will help in bridging the gap between demand and supply .Advaya is founded by seasoned Facilities Management Professionals and mentored by some of the Senior Management from FM Industry of India who are leading Facilities Management for their respective companies at Pan India Level and with an in-depth of understanding of the FM Industry with over 4 decades of combined experience by the partners .We are also tying up with local bodies in the respective States along with IFMA for guidance on the right programs to be implemented for the FM Industry based on the skill sets required .
