At Darbu Music App, we have reimagined the music industry. Our solution is simple: we focus on the loyalty of music fans and the talents of new, upcoming artists. We offer three broad features that set us apart:First, Darbu Exclusive: we sell newly released songs for just 15 rupees, and fans can pay more than that to show support, with no cost for uploading. We provide artists with all the necessary tools, promotional materials, cover art designs, and even album/song review interviews. Artists receive 90% of all sales, and our encryption protects the files from piracy.Second, Darbu Store: an online store in the app for artist merchandise, concert tickets, and other artist-related items for sale. We have an international shipping partner for all international shipping.Third, Darbu Library: a music streaming platform with new and even old records that did not make it to the digital world. We are constantly converting, remastering, and uploading old and new tracks.We have already seen success with Mizo artist K Hminga, who earned 1.1 lakh with just 5000 buyers in just two weeks. Compare that to his average earnings of 22,000 on Youtube.Our revenue model includes 10% from Darbu Exclusive sales, 15-25% from merchandise sales, and 10%-15% from concert tickets. We also offer in-app advertising slots, home screen banners and social media ads. In the future, we plan to introduce audio ads too. Our team is passionate about what we do, and in just five months, we have signed up 1000+ artists, major record labels, and music organizations in the state. We have more than 27,000 users and have earned over 10 lakhs in revenue, all without any budget in the advertising department.Our future plans include audiobooks, podcasts, selling music tracks and adding social interaction features.This is our mission to put value back in music.
