BRIEF: Darshh Builders is an end-to-end hyperlocal solution provider for all the construction needs. An Individual have to deal with at least 50 different types of professionals, Vendors and suppliers in order to execute the construction process. Even after doing all the above by own, the results are not satisfactory. The market size of our target audience even in a small town in North-East is more than 100 crores. Scaling it even only in the small cities and towns of North-East India in the next 5 years we can cater a market of more than 2000 crores. PROBLEMS FACED BY GENERAL PUBLIC: 1. Generally, in Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and even smaller cities where people prefer to do construction on their own, managing and doing the entire process becomes a big hassle for them. They have to invest a huge amount of their time and energy in getting things done. 2. People are unaware how about the exact budgeting would be for the entire process. 3. To carry out a Construction at a distant location, managing the process and the quality becomes very difficult. SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problems, we are developing a service platform which will allow the user to accurately estimate the construction cost step by step prior to starting the construction. They can avail starting from Architecture planning, material supply, building construction services to Interior design all under one roof. The whole construction process would be tracked through tech and the supply chain of the materials to the maintained accordingly by us. The client would have a full transparency and track of the process. REVENUE MODEL: 1. Due to the economy of scale, we would be able to purchase the material at a lower rate, along with this we would charging the client extra for the services we provide them. 2. Gradually, once we reach a level where we have enough demand, we would be starting our own production of raw materials. 3. We would be building a team of engineers to supervise the construction site. If the client’s wants, he can even purchase this service. 4. Besides the construction, we would be supplying the basic finishing materials that have extremely higher margins. NOTE: Prior to registering this company, we had a sole proprietor firm where we have already tested this business model in a town for more than a year and are already running profitable. We already have already generated more than 100 employments for our employees and the daily blue collar workers.
