The cloud-based application helps organisations manage their employees' entire life-cycle from hire to retire- recruitment, onboarding, leaves, attendance, payroll, employee engagement, talent management, learning management, people analytics and separation- on one platform. Traditionally, enterprise products are built in a way that they are very difficult to use and are functionally fragmented. Hence, companies are forced to train their employees on the software and buy multiple software to cater to their needs. Darwinbox is built with a clear focus on ease of implementation, ease of use, mobility; automation, end-to-end integration of HR processes; and providing users with a system of intelligence rather than just a system of information. Darwinbox is brainchild of Jayant Paleti, Rohit Chennamaneni and Chaitanya Peddi. The firm was adjudged the coolest company by Business Today in 2017.
