We, Date Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd, based at Nashik, are into production and sale of Compressed biogas(CBG) and organic fertiliser. We will produce biogas from organic waste such as cow dung, poultry waste, kitchen waste, fruits and vegetable waste, paddy straw etc. This biogas will be purified and purified biogas will comply to the quality of automotive fuel. This purified biogas will be sold at fuel stations of oil marketing companies such as IOCL. This project will be set up under the initiative of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas i.e. SATAT. We have participated The organic fertiliser will comply Fertiliser Control Order(FCO). We will have tie up with chemical fertiliser companies as well as fertiliser distributing cooperatives such as NAFED, KRIBHCO etc for sale of organic fertiliser. Our project will be coming up at Barsana in Uttar Pradesh. Features of this renewable energy project are as given below: Cow dung: 150 MT/day Biogas: 12000 m3/day Bio-CNG: 4800 kg/day Bio-CNG standard: IS 16087: 2016 Composition of purified Bio-gas: CH4: 95-96% CO2: 3% H2S: 15ppm H2O: -60 degrees DP Pressure: 250 bar Transportation of CBG: Cascades Organic fertiliser: 50MT/day Organic fertiliser standard: FCO Bio-CNG sale point: Nearest IOCL fuel station in Barsana Consultant: STAR Projects and Consultancy Technologies: Anaerobic digester: DVO water, USA H2S scrubber: Paques Environmental India Pvt Ltd CO2 removal system: Clean Carbon Solutions Ltd, UK Compressors: Burckhardt Compressions Systems Cascades: Maruti Kometzu/Rama Cylinders SCADA: Honeywell/Siemens
